Rehabilitation of missing maxillary incisors with two implants and guided bone regeneration

Achieving esthetically satisfactory results after the replacement of missing maxillary incisors is a challenging task that requires meticulous planning on part dentists The main aesthetic objectives an implant-supported prosthesis, from surgical point view, are achievement harmonious gingival margin, maintenance intact papillae, and preservation or delineation convex contour alveolar crest. GBR involves application membrane to exclude non‐osteogenic tissues interfering with bone regeneration may impede osseointegration process.The present report describes case rehabilitation anterior teeth in esthetic zone by means dental implants using aid augmenting deficient buccal bone.
